※The fee of the childcare is 2000 yen/day per a child. After application, ICCE office will send you the invoice via paypal system (The deadline of payment is May 31). Only those who have paid can use the childcare service.

※Children over 13 years of age are not allowed to use childcare. However, they can join the conference as free accompany. Note that you bring lunch for your child even if you take your child with you.
※Please read the notification of the childcare service before your application.

Event Childcare Application

The case has been increasing that cell phone e-mail addresses and free e-mail addresses (hotmail and outlook) haven't been received. If you are using a cell phone e-mail address or a free e-mail address, please make sure to set your domain to receive [ @niconico-s.com ] before contacting us.

*Please note that we may ask you some questions such like; childcare experience, meals, toileting, sleeping, etc. depending on the age of your child, after the application confirmation email is sent.

※Please bring clothes for change, a bath towel, a face towel, diapers, milk and drinks for your child on the day of childcare.

※Personal information provided in this application will not be used for any purpose other than this childcare service.

※We cannot take care of children with symptoms such as fever, cough, etc.
